By using Bloom, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Bloom Provides

Bloom is a financial awareness tool that estimates whether you will have enough money until your next paycheck. It is not a bank, financial advisor, or budgeting service. All projections are estimates based on the data you provide.

Not Financial Advice

Bloom does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The risk levels (SAFE, TIGHT, RISK) are estimates, not guarantees. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

Bank Connections

Bank connections are provided through Plaid. Bloom receives read-only access to your account balances. We cannot move money, make payments, or initiate transactions on your behalf.

Accuracy

Bloom's calculations depend on the accuracy of the data you provide (bills, spending estimates) and the timeliness of bank balance updates. We are not responsible for inaccurate projections due to incorrect or outdated input data.

Availability

We aim to keep Bloom available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
